The Day has Arrived...

Today is the big day...
Day 1 of the Bar Exam!

I can't believe it's here. I am nervous, so imagine how Jeff is feeling!

Good Luck Jeff!!

I can't imagine what it would be like to study for a test like this,
but I know you've put in the effort.

Here's to hoping all your hard work will pay off!!

My head exploded

I woke up this morning with THE WORST headache. I know my brain has officially exploded, either that or the cancer has finally taken over - did you know that studying too much can lead to brain cancer? You may want to snopes that, but I'm sure it's true.

Thanks to everyone who has offered their support & encouragement while I'm in the final stages of prepping for the bar exam.

Letters to Mr. Taylor: Disgusting!!

Mr. Taylor,

Sorry I failed to call you back... AGAIN! Knowing that you are trying (or should be trying) to get to bed early, it gets late so I spare you the call. I'll have to give a rundown of the the days events tomorrow, right now I am bothered by something...

I am not a fan of violence, but stories like this make me want to hurt someone!!!

To Leslie M.

Leslie,
I don't think you read blogs, & most likely not mine... but I wanted to give a shout out to thank Leslie for having Jeff over after church for lunch, despite the fact that he fell asleep at your house! I now know that he had one good meal while I have been away!

Thanks Again!!

Letters to Mr. Taylor: Slacker Sunday

Mr. Taylor,
Today was spent converting my mom's home videos to DVD, so I may have slacked off on everything else. I'll try to keep myself from bringing home any copies of home videos... and if I happen to bring one I'll only watch it alone.

Tonight at bedtime, Hannah told me she missed playing with you. I told her I missed you too, but we need to play & have fun with everyone here because we will be leaving soon. This week is a busy one! Hang in there, keep it up... the end is near!!

Love Ya!P.S. This picture is a bad angle for Milo-Man, but it makes me laugh!

P.P.S. If this letter is lacking luster, feel free to head over to Harmony's blog, she has a post about the many faces of Hannah.

Letters to Mr. Taylor: Picnic in the Park

Mr. Taylor,We had fun shopping & going to lunch today with my mom, Mandi & Harmony. Hannah was such a trooper being dragged all around & missing a nap. She was very excited when I told her we were going to the park for a picnic tonight, & even more excited when she found out Isaac was going as well.

The park was great. We had a good time watching the kids play, it was more play & less picnic on their end. They enjoyed playing in the drinking fountain, Hannah got bored so Isaac continued with the water fun, while Hannah played fetch with Jazzy. She LOVED the dog! Milo on the other hand, wasn't so sure, but after a few tears, & a staring contest, he seemed to be okay with her. I'm sure it helps that she is such a great dog!
Love,
Megan

Watch Out...

If you are ever around Hannah & she addresses you in a way that implies she has a question... I caution you in advance... you never know what is going to come out of that little mouth. Today the question of the day was...

Have you ever been to the zoo naked?

Luckily everyone asked, answered no.

Super Man.. Not Feeling so Super!

Milo no longer likes to be on his tummy, because he can't scoot around. Hannah took advantage of his inability to get up & gave him some super powers. (Okay, he really doesn't have much of an ability, she can move faster than he can scoot, giving her an unfair advantage.)
I think he is questioning his abilities to meet the expectations of the job!

Letters to Mr. Taylor: A Day in the Mind of Hannah

Mr. Taylor,
I know you are aware of my extreme love of all things Hannah, but I am in complete love & daily amazement of her little mind. I love her imagination & seeing it put to use... watching her play & listening to her dialogue among her toys.

Today was no exception. She has been playing with these dinosaurs that have lots of moving parts, & over the last few days found a couple of goofy little toys from The Bee Movie & toting them around. Today she asked me to sit & play with her, & the above trio of toys. The dinosaur is the mom, & the other 2 are the kids. I want to know how she views the whole thing, because I think it's strange that a dinosaur birthed a mosquito & a bee... or does the dinosaur remind her of me? Perhaps I'll never know, but I'm sure I'll continue to be amazed by her active & very detailed imagination.

Love ya,
Meg

P.S. I think she is missing you. She seems to miss some rowdy one-on-one attention she receives each night from you. I don't think I could fill that void even if I tried.

Letters to Mr. Taylor: A Big Day!

Mr. Taylor,
Hannah described our day best, before it had even begun. My mom asked if she wanted to go to work with her, but she said that she couldn't, because she "had a big day! And I'll miss it!" Missing it, is something I am so glad we didn't miss it!

Lots of fun was had by one & all spending the morning at the children's museum. Hannah seems to enjoy the museum more & more each time we go. I enjoyed catching up & with London, Kendall, & Mandi.

Loving You,
Megan

P.S. How cute is that picture of all the kiddos??!! I LOVE it!
