Welcome Back Milo

This cute happy little boy has been away from us since sometime last Wednesday.

Rather than having our home filled with the happy, smiley, giggling Milo....

We had a sad, whining, grumpy, feverish, SLEEPLESS, screaming, inconsolable, fussy, cranky, sad, tired, miserable, baby that wanted to be held at all time (including while sleeping... not that there has been much of that.)

(This picture isn't from this last week, the baby in that picture looks enjoyable compared to the one we had.)

I can say that we survived the 3 1/2 days of high fever that finally broke into the lovely rash letting us know that 3 sleepless nights of taking shifts was caused by roseola. It was a long few days, & we are so happy they are behind us. Today was a great day, because I was reunited with my sweet, happy, easy going, Milo. We missed you!

I think I need to say thanks to Jeff & Leslie. Jeff for helping out during those LONG SLEEPLESS nights. He was great about taking a shift so that we all would live to see the sun the next morning. And Leslie for taking Hannah on Friday, all day!

This sound A LOT like what we had back in July. High fever feeling like He_ _! We too broke out into a rash but they called it enterovirus which is TERRIBLE. It gives you the worst headache possible and your body aches and nothing will let that fever go away, NOTHING! Milli ended up in the hospital because of it...

Anyway, I am glad he is feeling better. He sure is cute and those cheeks are so cute!!!
