This afternoon we went down to the Supreme Court in the Capital for Jeff's swearing in as a Legal Licensed Intern. It was exciting & I was very proud of him! This will allow him a limited license to practice law under the attorney he works for, & will hopefully give him a great deal of experience during his final year in law school.
Jeff took the legal licensed intern exam at the end of the semester & passed. He was just waiting for his grades to come out & for the Oklahoma Bar to set the swearing in date. He did seem a little anxious... not so much nervous as just the whole mix of emotions, mostly excitement.
Hannah was so busy during the whole thing that it was hard for me to get good pictures during the actual swearing in & to give it my full attention. Well once it was over she just wanted to get out of there & was exceptionally shy when we did pictures and the judge actually spoke to her. But after we left she kept talking about how she saw a judge.
