We wanted to take a trip for graduation, but Jeff has to start bar prep 2 days after & that will keep him busy until the end of July when he takes the bar. So we opted to go in the fall, I was originally thinking middle of November, but perhaps as early as October. Being that we are a nice little family, what better place to go on a family vacation than Disneyland!
We have invited all of our family & anyone else who wants to come (wanna join us?) We are very excited, so excited that I told Hannah about the trip. Let me point out that Hannah doesn't really know what Disneyland is, she makes the connection of Cinderella's castle to the place & that all the characters live there. Despite how cute & fun it is to hear her asking about Disneyland it is going to make the wait seem extraordinarily long, because she asks just about every day. So I am starting to think that we will be choosing an earlier vacation date!
Anyone have any tips, tricks, advice about Disneyland vacationing in the fall? Or any sweet deals to be found?

My only advice, if you go in October make sure it is not UEA convention because everyone from UT will be there. We made that mistake when I was 13 and we ended up in lines that were over 2 hours long. I would love to go!! How fun!
Fun! If you plan on an off week or weekend it will be virtually empty. Like, go right AFTER a holiday. Halloween is pretty busy there I'm sure, so if you go the week after it should be slowed down. That's what my family does. They usually go then or the week after new years.
That's so funny because we have been planning on going to Disneyland in October. It will be a first for our family and I'm probably more excited than any one! I haven't looked too much into it, but we were thinking of getting the California pass (I really can't remember the name) where you're able to get into disneyland for three days, the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, and something else for a way reasonable price. I'm excited for you guys!!!
I love Disneyland in the fall. October is a wonderful time to go, a weekday is the BEST. Leave Milo with a babysitter if you can though.
We are planning on October too - but might be rethinking that now. We are getting passes at Costco - the city Pass that will get you into all the So Cal stuff - I think it is the same one Lawson family is talking about. We are so excited! :)
