Apparently some of you have come to believe that because of the numerous posts I've written about cooking, Megan has slacked off in that department. Well you're absolutely right, but don't let her know I said anything, it's how we help her cope daily.
I want to dispel that myth or presumption right now. Megan has a very large array of meals she cooks well. For example, she makes this lovely dish better than anyone I know:
And combined with this, you simply can't lose:
Whose mouth wouldn't water when there's this delicious delicacy waiting on the table?:
But perhaps my favorite are the nights I can fill my belly with these babies:
Or some good 'ol concoction made with rice, chicken, and Cream of soup, like this:
Or a satisfying bowl of this:
Honestly, it's hard to believe that I'd even take over any meal preparation with hearty and delicious meals like these. But alas, like any true renaissance man, I felt it my need to step up my efforts around the house. I hope that Megan doesn't kill me for writing this finds some small assistance in my work.
P.S. Megan is a REALLY good cook. She doesn't need a million (5?) unknown blog readers to see the meals she makes each night to boost her ego. She does a fine job of preparing interesting and delightful meals (some of which are pictured above), to make dinner each night more interesting.
Also, I'm sure you'll see her colorful criticisms "corrections" soon.
