In the Morning, I'm Makin' Waffles!

The problem with sourdough starter is that there's a tremendous amount of starter, and not a lot of recipes.

Today though, things changed. I found a simple sourdough pancake recipe that makes the best pancakes (I'm not a pancake fan, so these are great!). Here's the recipe:

1 egg
1 1/2 tbls. sugar
2 tbls. vegetable oil
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 tbls. milk
3/4 c. flour (thicken)

Mix all the ingredients, cook, eat. This is about 5 minute prep time, and makes about 8 4-inch pancakes.

Sorry no pictures this time.

I like lots of melted butter and warm syrup- extra-pulp OJ - I'll be over!

I don't really like pancakes either so maybe I will like this one! I LOVE sourdough bread so I'll have to try the recipe.
