Yep, I'm one of THOSE Twilight Freaks! I've read the Twilight Saga & I loved it. I finished up Breaking Dawn last night & I loved it as well. Let me clarify, it's not that the book in itself is so fabulous, but it was about the characters I fell in love with & have loved during the whole Twilight story. I was thrilled to be reading the 4th & final book, & I was happy to see the story wrapped up giving me closure my twisted obsessive mind needed. I really could go on about reasons why I enjoyed the book, but I'll spare you all for now.I am shocked to see how split down the middle the reviews have been on the book. I can't quite comprehend where people are coming from when they say they hated it. What were they expecting? It's a nice light read, to me it was a fantasy, a fairy tale, & I enjoyed it. Perhaps playing make believe all day with my 3 1/2 year old puts me in a better state of mind to just enjoy a good story for what it is. A lot of the negative hype I've heard got me wondering what the author would think about the questions being raised. I ran across an interview here* (it's actually a number of short clips, so make sure you watch them all.)

I have not got my hands on the last book yet, but I am also one of "those" that LOVED all the other books! My family thinks I'm weird...but I liked the nice, easy read mixed with romance and fantasy!!
Hi, you don't know me but I just read your comment about the book on Tib's blog. All I have to say is Amen to everything you said. :) I mean really, what were these people expecting that are dogging on the book so much? I think SM was smart in not making the book exactly the way everyone was expecting. She went for the shock factor and I loved it. Also, the people that thought it was too far fetched shouldn't be reading about vampires and werewolves in the first place!
I'm with you! I loved, loved, loved it! It met all my expectations & I could go on all day about all the reasons I liked it.
