After having several people tell me I need to start putting recipes on my blog, & trying to keep track of new things I try I've decided posting recipes might be a good idea. So we'll see if it lasts.A friend of mine, Katie, posted a yummy recipe for egg white crepes on her blog awhile back, & I've made them several times, enjoying them each & every time. I've made them using whole wheat flour & other times using using whole wheat pastry flour (it is a lighter, more delicate flour, similar to white flour.) But either of them work great in this!
Egg white crepes:
1/2 c WW Flour
1/2 c skim milk
2 egg whites
1 Tbsp applesauce
pinch of salt
Mix well, and cook.
Today was Ham & Swiss in some & a little berry mixture (yogurt, raspberries & blueberries) in some.

WOW! Those crepes look PERFECT. I love making crepes but I will have to try your recipe, its a bit different than mine. Also, I ONLY do sweet crepes so I will give the savory ones a try, thanks for sharing.
